What is this drug?
Tadalista Professional effectively treats impotency and erectile dysfunction in males. It is an oral tablet and is effective within 25-30 minutes of taking. It has an effect only when sexual stimulation is there.
Class and Mechanism of Action
Tadalista Professional is a brand name of Tadalafil. Tadalafil is a selective and reversible inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 with specificity to cGMP. Its PDE5 inhibiting action releases more of cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of a penis. An increased level of cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles of the arteries and improves blood flow into the penis and causes an erection.

How to take the medication?
Take it orally 30-40 minutes prior to a sexual act. Avoid grapefruit juice and alcohol with this medicine.
